M3 Camera Vision System
The world's first single space camera guidance system!
Every parking space is monitored using a high resolution digital camera. Imaging algorithms detect the presence of vehicles in each space, updating the LED indicators and digital signage around the site to direct customers to vacant spaces. In addition to parking guidance the M3 reads and records license plates to power Find-Your-Car kiosks and a suite of security applications.
More benefits for your customers
More efficient enforcement and security
More possibilities for financial success
Integrated camera and LED units and a modular ducting system allow for reduced labor and material costs over other hardwired methods. Camera firmware upgrades are performed from the central control system and do not require hardware adjustment, allowing your hardware to benefit from future upgrades and software addons.

Features
- High resolution digital cameras for highly accurate vehicle detection
- Set the LED indicators dynamically to any RGB color
- Detect vehicle license plates
- IP54 rated to protect against water and dust
- Energy efficient power usage (1 Watt per unit)
- Integrated LED and Sensor unit reduces installation time and ducting costs
Suitable Locations
- Shopping Malls
- Hospitals
- Airports
- Commercial Garages
- Stadiums
- Universities
Applications
Wireless Sensors
Park Assist has developed an at-grade sensor which is the only wireless sensor in the market that uses multiple detection methods to confirm a vehicle is in the parking space. Each sensor is installed into the middle of the parking space and can be surfaced mounted or embedded into the ground. The sensor recognizes in less than 1 second if a vehicle arrives immediately registers this information on the backend software.
The Park Assist wireless sensors transcends environments and structural constraints while retaining the robustness, life cycle and accuracy of its traditional hardwired offerings.
The sensor is also integrated with an RFID tag (like those used on highways) so that once a vehicle arrives, the owner can automatically pay for parking. The RFID in the vehicle can also be used to verify special privileges such as free resident parking or authorization to park in a restricted space such as a handicapped space or VIP area.

Features
- Multiple detection methods to guarantee performance outdoors
- Removal of environmental constraints ie off-street, on-street and on grade
- Substantial savings in labour time and cost as there is no need to run cables for data and power
- Ease of maintenance and replacement with a unique two-part assembly
- Attaches to most pavement surfaces; Can be partially embedded below the surface, or surface mounted
- Proprietary ultra‐low‐power protocol. Replacable batteries with a 5-7 year life.
- 868/915 MHz dual band frequency hopping spread spectrum or Wi-Fi enabled option
Applications
Suitable Locations
- City-wide on-street and off-street parking
- Rooftop and outdoor areas of parking garages
PASEServer
PASEServer is Park Assist's on-site parking management platform. It monitors and controls sensors, lights, digital signage, cameras and third party devices in the parking facility.
At Park Assist we pride ourselves on using efficient, modern, scaleable and robust technologies. PASEServer is built using Microsoft .NET 4 framework with a Microsoft SQLServer 2008 database and deployed on server-grade hardware running Microsoft Windows Server 2008. PASEStudio - the front-end tool for configuring PASEServer - is a hosted Silverlight 4 application.
Features
- Supports multiple single space sensors (M3 Camera Vision, Wireless and Ultrasonic sensors)
- Control and monitor variable message signs for parking guidance
- Managed enforcement of vehicles that over-stay
- Integrates with Building Management Systems, Barrier Gates and Parking and Revenue Control systems
