Guidance
The Parking Guidance directs customers to the nearest available space with no thought, stress or guesswork. Our real-time sensor networks detect the presence of vehicles in each parking space. Our system directs customers to the vacant spaces using electronic messaging signs and the LED indicators (red/green lights) above each space.
Park Assist guidance programs have been proven to cut the cutomer's time-to-park in half and result in a 3-5% rise in visits. Simply put, the easier it is for customers to visit, the more customers will want to return again and again.
- +5% increase in facilities attendance and positive PR
- +8% increase in effective utilisation during peak times
- +3% increase in parking space capacity
- +56% reduction in vehicle carbon emissions
- 1-3% decrease in operating costs

License Plates and Find-Your-Car
When it’s time to depart, the last thing a customer wants to do is spend time searching for their car. Park Assist offers customer-friendly kiosks that can locate a car just by typing in its license plate. Customers are shown a photo of their vehicle along with a map displaying it's location.
This is the first time a true ‘find your car’ solution has been available. Customer feedback indicates that woman and senior citizens in particular value this system enormously and in some cases, up to 10% of these customers do not go to a site out of fear of losing their vehicle.
This feature is available exlusively to customers using our M3 Camera Technology

Enforcement and Security
Imagine having automatic control over the security of all vehicles, without the expense of hiring a full security staff or covering the site with CCTV cameras. The M3 can immediately identify vehicles, and provide real-time knowledge of how long they've been on-site. This allows for increased protection against prohibited vehicles, and eliminates revenue loss due to customers who claim to have 'lost their tickets'.
Park Assist's enforcement module delivers compelling financial returns driven by the uptick of meter and fine revenues. Vehicles that overstay time restrictions are detected and traffic officers are alerted for the purposes of issuing enforcement notices. The financial benefits however can largely be overshadowed by the social objectives of achieving parking compliance and effective traffic flow and parking management
