Katwolderplein Car Park has chosen Park Assist to install its L4 Smart-Sensor and Light Pipe System
Katwolderplein, a new mixed-use facility located in the city center of Zwolle, Netherlands has chosen to install Park Assist’s L4 system, which combines LED lighting with camera-based parking guidance. As one of the first development projects in a series of renewal undertakings in Zwolle, the facility will enjoy the many benefits of an L4 system in the six-floor car park.
The L4 System combines an ultra-efficient LED Lightpipe, which uses 60% less electricity than traditional lighting, with Park Assist’s camera based parking guidance system. The BB-Lightconcepts Lightpipe is an elongated circular source of LED lighting designed specifically for parking garages. Not only does the L4 system provide energy efficient LED lighting and a stress-free parking experience for customers but the system also provides all the features and functionality of our M4 system.
“Katwolderplein will join the growing list of European clients who enjoy the L4 combined solution. Park Assist is a perfect fit for Katwolderplein’s vision of a high-end, best amenities offered development,” said Gary Neff, CEO of Park Assist. The city of Zwolle is happy with their choice for Park Assist providing added value to their visitors.
Park Assist is partnering with Cruxin, a fellow TKH Group company, on the implementation of this project. Installation will begin in October of 2016 with an estimated completion date of Spring 2017.
