Park Assist & ParkEyes activities will consolidate with TKH Security
Effective January 1st, 2021, Park Assist and ParkEyes will become part of TKH Security. TKH Group, a €1.6 billion publicly traded company, is currently the parent company of TKH Security, Park Assist and ParkEyes.
With over 25 years of experience in the development of electronic Security & Site Management Systems, TKH Security has a strong position in both Europe and the USA and multiple offices all over the world, delivering solutions for Security Management, Access Control, Video Management, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, Surveillance, Asset & Site Management, and Parking Facility Management.

The Park Assist and ParkEyes brands will be retained for the complete parking guidance product range, such as smart-sensors, software platforms and APIs, wayfinding signage, license plate recognition systems, video inspection systems, and lighting.
As Park Assist and ParkEyes become part of TKH Security, growing as a joint company under common leadership, the team of over 300 employees will continue to provide the latest breakthroughs in parking guidance technology and the highest level of service for all clients.
