Will Mayer Promoted to Client Services Technical Manager
Park Assist is pleased to announce that Will Mayer has been promoted to Client Services Technical Manager.
During his time with Park Assist as a Client Services Network Technician, Will has been responsible for supporting customers and their IT needs. In his new role, he will manage the daily operations of the client services team with a focus on client service delivery and new system designs. He will also act as the level 3 escalation point for technical issues.
With an intimate understanding of all commercial and program obligations regarding project network design, client services and satisfaction, and project/site support, Will is assuming a role that will lead and oversee ticket management, client communications, and site infrastructure and network services. In addition, he will serve as a subject matter expert for server implementation, integrations and custom network designs.
Will joined our team in December 2017, previously working at Municipal Emergency Services as a Network Administrator.
