Hillsdale Shopping Center Chooses Park Assist’s M4 Smart-Sensor Parking Guidance System

NEW YORK, NY – October 19th, 2018, Hillsdale Shopping Center in San Mateo, CA has awarded Park Assist the Parking Guidance System (PGS) contract for their retail location. Bohannon Development is currently redeveloping vacant space in the mall by adding more restaurants, a theater and a food court. In addition to the new facilities within the San Francisco Bay Area shopping center, Hillsdale chose Park Assist’s innovative M4 smart-sensor technology to elevate visitors’ parking experience with effortless guidance to open parking spaces and a find-your-car application.  Bohannon chose to invest in Park Assist for its outstanding reputation in leading PGS technology and proven track-record with other installations in the area.

Park Assist’s M4 camera-based system uses integrated License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology to navigate Hillsdale Shopping Center visitors to available spaces upon entry with integrated digital directional signage. Park Assist’s Find Your Car™ software feature then directs mall visitors back to their car upon re-entry in the garage. This tool ensures customers have the most seamless experience in the mall, especially during the facility’s redevelopment.
